Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
We provide a range of cheer classes from 4 year olds to adult, classes range from recreational to Team England Cheerleading. 2022-3 we are running an adaptive ability section of the club and will be sending a squad to compete at the ICU World Cheer Competition.
